We have State of California Certified Water Treatment Plant and/or Distribution System Operators. Our services range from monthly system inspection and maintenance, to daily operations, billing services, water quality sampling, Cross Connection Control Inspections, Backflow Prevention device testing, and any other service a water system needs. We offer construction management and inspection services when you are installing; new: wells, mains, or tanks.
Hours of Continuing Education Training each year, keeps us in frequent contact with Local and State Health Department officials. We have a 2-way street in continuing education as we both attend and Tim directly presents training. This allows us to ensure that your system is in compliance with current regulations, and inform you about upcoming regulatory changes.
We use Internet based SCADA systems to monitor your water system 24/7 if needed. We have SCADA options available from low cost systems that are even cost effective for a residential well. Some SCADA can connect through Cellular communications, up to systems that require T-1 phone lines or even fiber optic cabling, for connections off site.
We are frequently called on to provide emergency disinfection services, after a bacteriological contamination event, we have portable disinfection equipment to disinfect anything from the water well, tanks, and distribution systems. Most of the systems have been bacteriologically tested and returned to service within 72 hours.
During the Cedar Fire, several systems relied on us to ensure that their pumps were kept operational. Even though we had a significant loss, we went to great lengths to obtain generators from across the State to get these systems back online in hours.
